Hi, I’m Rhys Davies, the General Manager at Ramstein Used Cars. I consider it an honour and privilege to have served the Military Community since I joined RUC in 2016.

Jack Rolt has been a key leader at Ramstein Used Cars since early 2021 and currently serves as National Sales Manager. With over 11 years of experience working with U.S. military members overseas, Jack brings deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding of the unique needs of service members stationed overseas. Since joining Ramstein Used Cars, Jack has been involved in countless vehicle deliveries to U.S. military members and has built lifelong relationships through trust, transparency, and consistent results. Known for his customer-centric approach, he is committed to guiding each customer through a seamless buying experience while ensuring their vehicle supports both mission requirements and personal lifestyle. Being part of an award-winning team recognized as Stars and Stripes Dealership of the Year for the seventh consecutive year has been both a privilege and a pleasure—made even more meaningful by the opportunity to work with an exceptional customer base.
My name is Jack Gilligan and I work in the award-winning location in Kaiserslautern. I started my career assisting US personnel with their automotive needs in Heidelberg in 2007 where I met the owner of Ramstein Used Cars, David Quinlan who has assembled our award-winning team. I am very proud to be a member of this team and our main goal is to provide 5-star customer service. This has been recognized by the readers of Stars & Stripes who have voted Ramstein Used Cars as the “Best Pre-Owned Dealership” in Kaiserslautern for the last 7 years in a row. My proudest personal accolades are receiving the “Operation Callout” coin from the CEO of AAFES for customer service in 2017, Salesman of the year in 2018 and Employee of the year in 2021, 2024 and 2025. With experience from Ford and BMW, Jarreth joined the Ramstein Used Cars family in 2017 when there was just one location. Fast forward to now, and we’re thrilled to have expanded to 8 locations across Germany!
As a gym enthusiast and trained chef, Jarreth brings a unique blend of passion and precision to the car-buying experience. After opening the Baumholder location in 2018 and setting records for customer service and sales, the focus is now on serving the Kaiserslautern Military community with dedication and enthusiasm.
