Ramstein Used Cars opened in Kaiser Strasse 1 in September of 2016 with the goal to provide the military community with exceptional customer service. As the company grew, we would add to our presence at military bases throughout Germany. Our second location opened in Baumholder at the end of July 2018. We opened our second location in Kaiserslautern and fifth location in total at IM Haderwald 17 in April of 2022, this is now the largest military sales location in Europe, specializing in both sales and servicing of automobiles for the U.S Military personnel in Europe. Our sixth and newest location opened at Spangdalhem Airbase in June 2022. As you will have noticed our recognition as the best pre-owned dealership in this the largest catchment area started prior to our latest expansions but we never lost sight of our original goal of exceptional customer service. We are proud to have been Voted Pre-Owned dealer of the year for the past 5 years in a row and will continue to strive to provide exceptional customer service.

Ramstein Used Cars opened its location outside Rose Barracks in Vilseck in January 2020 with the mission to offer Quality Used Cars and deliver exceptional service to the US Military community in Bavaria.
Joe Dunne and Jason Gilligan are the face of Ramstein Used Cars at the location in Vilseck and with the support of the Ramstein Used Car Team are 100% focused on satisfying each and every customer.

The Stuttgart location of Ramstein Used Cars is located at Motor World at Graf-Zeppelin-Platz in Böblingen. It opened its doors in the middle of the Corona virus Pandemic towards the end of 2020 and was RUC’s 5th Location to open since the RUC brand was launched in 2016.
The priority in all locations at Ramstein Used Cars is to deliver on the promise of delivering Quality Cars and Quality service to members of the US Military Forces stationed in Germany.
Jodie Stevens who originally opened the Stuttgart location in 2020 has always gone above and beyond for her and RUC’s customers and is proud to have received ‘hundreds’ of 5-star customer testimonials.

Jarreth made our car buying process very easy and hassle free. He took the time to answer all of our questions and at no time did it feel like he was feeding us information just to sell us a car. This company guides you through the ENTIRE process to get your car approved for on post driving and GUARENTEE's that it passes the inspection (our inspection person came out from under the car and smiled in a sincere manner and said the car was in great shape).

The other salesmen and employees we dealt with in Ramstein to complete the process were top notch, especially Rhys (pronounced Reese for us Americans). They also give up to a 3 year warranty with a 1 year included, which I thought was amazing for a used car dealership. Finally, they have strict, no haggle pricing; it made the process much less stressful because I didn't feel like we had to "work" Jarreth over. 5/5 would recommend this business.
